HOW IT ALL BEGAN

Silvia’s story begins in Italy, in a small village in the province of Avellino, where many years later moved to the United States. In 2018, she discovered she had a gluten sensitivity , not wanting to give up on one of her favorite foods (and a household staple as her husband Michele is pizzaiolo), Silvia searched for a good gluten free pizza she could make at home in a pinch. With her search constantly Silvia worked with Michele to develop a recipe that tasted not only good for gluten free pizza, but as good as the pizza she knew and missed. Once her recipe was perfected, Silvia realized she was in a position to help other people with celiac disease, allergies and sensitivities to gluten. At the end of 2019 “Zero Gluten” was born.
